A balanced, breath-led flow that brings together foundational postures, mindful transitions, and opportunities to build strength and mobility. Variations are offered throughout, making this class approachable for newer students while still engaging for experienced practitioners.

A flowing practice in a comfortably heated room that connects breath with purposeful movement. Build strength, mobility, and focus through creative sequences designed to leave you feeling energized and grounded.

Experience the balance of effort and ease. The first portion of class features an energizing vinyasa flow, followed by grounding yin postures held for longer periods to support flexibility, stillness, and release.

A quiet, meditative practice held in a gently heated room. Longer-held floor-based postures encourage the body to soften, improve mobility, and create space for deep rest and reflection.

Begin with gentle, intentional movement before settling into longer-held restorative postures. This slower-paced class creates space to release tension, quiet the mind, and leave feeling rested and renewed.

A thoughtfully paced fusion of yoga-inspired movement and strength-building pilates exercises in a warm room. This class uses intentional resistance and controlled movement to build stability, endurance, and total-body strength.

A strong, dynamic yoga practice in a heated room set to about 100°F. Expect an energizing pace, powerful sequences, and opportunities to build strength, balance, endurance, and confidence. Some previous yoga experience is recommended.

A moderate- to high-intensity mat Pilates class taught in a room heated to approximately 100°F. Using bodyweight, light weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls, this class challenges the entire body while building core strength, stability, and endurance. Previous Pilates or fitness experience is recommended.

An all-levels practice that brings movement and meaningful community impact together. Each class benefits a selected local organization, with donations going directly toward supporting its work. Come move, connect, and help us give back.
